Roadzen is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is someone who can create impactful visual designs for digital and print, bring a strong sense of brand storytelling, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to elevate the Roadzen brand globally.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design brand collaterals, including social media creatives, campaign graphics, presentations, infographics, brochures, and digital ads.
- Create visual assets for product launches, partnerships, and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to turn ideas into clean, cohesive visuals.
- Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability of design systems.
- Contribute to creative strategy and visual storytelling, ensuring designs communicate ideas effectively.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for different formats and channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, presentations, etc. ).
- Stay up to date with design trends and explore AI tools that can enhance creative workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest or familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

- Experience designing for tech or mobility brands.
- Skills in basic motion graphics or animation.
- Knowledge of branding, illustration, or packaging design.
