- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, or Motion Graphics (preferred but not mandatory).
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a solid understanding of digital marketing, brand image, and social media engagement to join our NBFC's Branding /Marketing team. The ideal candidate will not only design eye-catching visuals but will also contribute to building a strong online presence for the company. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical skill, and marketing insight, especially suited for the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Visual Design
- Design social media creatives (static, carousel, reels cover, infographics, motion graphics) aligned with our NBFC's brand identity.
- Create posters, flyers, brochures, hoardings, banners, standees, and event collaterals for internal and external branding.
- Develop corporate templates, pitch decks, and reports with consistent visual standards aligned with apt content.
- Adapt designs for both digital and print formats, maintaining brand consistency.
Social Media Content Creation
- Design and produce Instagram/Facebook Posts /Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
- Develop engaging carousel posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create short animated explainers for loan products, financial tips, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging and visuals work together for maximum engagement.
Advertising & Campaign Support
- Design creatives for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Optimize visual elements for CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion improvement.
- Work closely with Branding/ Marketing teams to A/B test ad creatives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Work in alignment with the marketing team to monitor social media analytics and adopt design changes that improve engagement.
- Suggest/create visual content strategies based on performance reports.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with Branding & Communication. Marketing, Product, and HR teams for internal and external campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives for product launches, loan campaigns, events, and CSR activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CorelDRAW, Canva Pro (for quick turnarounds).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and their design specifications.
- Knowledge of Google Ads creative formats and social media advertising requirements.
- Creative designing skills for financial product marketing.
- Good knowledge of photography and videography for marketing creatives
- Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail.
Preferred Industry Background:
- NBFC, Banking, Fintech, Insurance, or other financial services sectors where trust and clarity in branding are critical.

- Growth in social media followers and engagement rate.
- Improvement in ad campaign CTR and conversions.
