Graphic Designer (Remote – India)

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Create branding and visual assets for digital campaigns.
• Design website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI elements.
• Develop infographics, case studies, and recruitment marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams on creative requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
• Experience creating social media, web, and print designs.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience designing for B2B, staffing, recruitment, or technology companies.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
