Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity.
- Should be able to conceptualise and design assets using best practices, latest web trends.
- Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials.
- Should be able to apply creative thinking to wire-frame functionalities with storyboards and prototypes and design applications with the available wireframes.
- Should be able to deliver innovative end-to-end user experience across web, tablet and mobile platforms within a given time frame.
- Work closely with product managers to create best in class web applications.
- Create wireframes, mocks, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity.
Skills
- Excellent skills in designing tools such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma,
etc..
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to rapidly visualize/prototype concepts.
- Ability to provide deliverables within specified deadlines with a quality bar.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team orientation and communication skills.
- Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into projects.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in design related roles
- Diploma or online courses on design is a plus
