Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, located in Pune. The Graphic Designer will create visual content that aligns with client branding and marketing goals. Responsibilities include designing graphics, logos, and brand visuals, as well as working on typography and other design elements. Collaboration with the creative team and adherence to project timelines will be essential to deliver outstanding design solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Design engaging YouTube thumbnails that boost views and click-through rates.

Create eye-catching social media creatives tailored for Instagram, Facebook, X and more.

Work on static posts for campaigns, announcements, and promotions.

Collaborate with the team to maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Play a key role in growing our brand presence and reach on Instagram through visual storytelling.

What We're Looking For:

Strong grasp of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar.

A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail.

Ability to adapt to different content styles and trends.

Basic understanding of social media platforms + Storytelling and what grabs attention.

Experience with motion graphics is a plus (but not mandatory).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Knowledge and expertise in Typography, Branding and Logo Design
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing or media industry is a plus
• Good Communication skills are a must (Preferred if you are a Toastmaster, AIESEC or have any leadership or community experience)

You will be in a dynamic environment and are expected to be flexible and open to responsibilities related to account management and social media content creation.
