Role Description
The Graphic Designer (Publishing) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for book covers, interior layouts, promotional materials, social media campaigns, and author branding. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with editors and marketers to translate creative briefs into compelling designs, preparing print-ready files, and adapting artwork for digital platforms. The role involves maintaining visual consistency across projects, experimenting with typography and layout, and ensuring all designs align with each author's brand and HubHawks quality standards. The Graphic Designer will participate in review cycles, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple design tasks under defined timelines.

This role requires hands-on, prior professional experience designing book covers (front cover, spine, and back cover layouts for print and/or e-books). This is a non-negotiable requirement for the position.
