About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a working understanding of AI-powered design tools to produce a high volume of visual assets across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging creatives for social media, performance marketing campaigns, website, emailers, banners and presentations
• Build marketplace assets including Amazon listing images and A+ content, working alongside our senior designer
• Create brand-consistent visuals for product launches and campaigns across our full product range
• Produce multiple creative variants for ad testing and adapt assets across formats and platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing, content and growth teams to translate briefs into impactful designs
• Develop illustrations, icons, infographics and other visual assets as required
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production, including packaging and collateral
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and AI-powered creative workflows

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign preferred, After Effects or Premiere Pro good to have
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and composition
• Experience designing for social media, websites, email marketing and digital advertising
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Ideogram and Generative Fill
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail and high-quality execution
• Ability to work at pace and manage a high volume of requests without dropping quality
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple platforms

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics and basic video editing
• 3D or product rendering exposure
• UI/UX design fundamentals
• Experience with branding projects and design systems
• Experience working with e-commerce or consumer brands
