Location: North Delhi
Work mode: On-site
Experience: 1–4 years
Brands: Carefone and Stickity
We are looking for a genuinely creative Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of Carefone and Stickity.
This is not a role for someone who only knows how to operate Illustrator, copy references or generate generic AI designs. We want someone with strong visual judgement, original ideas and a solid understanding of design theory.
What you will work on
- Designing original mobile case collections and sticker packs
- Developing themes, patterns, graphics and visual concepts for new product launches
- Creating website banners, collection graphics and promotional assets
- Designing high-quality product listing images and product presentations
- Supporting website UI design and improving the overall visual shopping experience
- Creating packaging, inserts, labels and print-ready production files
- Developing branded assets and campaign identities for Carefone and Stickity
- Maintaining a consistent visual language across products, packaging, website and marketing
What we are looking for
- Strong graphic design sense and understanding of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy and balance
- Ability to develop an idea from concept to final execution
- Good taste and awareness of current design, fashion, product and internet culture
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience creating product graphics, packaging, print files, mockups or e-commerce creatives
- Ability to give and receive thoughtful creative feedback
- Attention to detail and consistency
- A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking—not just software proficiency
This role is NOT suitable for you if
- Most of your work is made using templates
- You rely heavily on AI-generated visuals without refining or art-directing them
- You primarily recreate Pinterest references without adding original thought
- You know the software but struggle to explain why a design works
- Your portfolio contains only basic social-media posts or Canva creatives
AI tools may be used as part of the creative process, but they should never replace design thinking, taste or craftsmanship. We do not want unrefined AI-generated work.
Why join us
You will work across physical products, packaging, branding and digital experiences—not just repetitive social-media posts.
Your designs will become real mobile cases, sticker packs, packaging and campaigns used by thousands of customers. You will have the opportunity to influence how two growing consumer brands look and feel.
How to apply
Please apply with:
