Graphic Designer (Printing & Packaging Specialist)

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven Graphic Designer with deep experience in the printing and packaging industry. This role requires mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with strong knowledge of die lines, packaging structures, and print production workflows.

Design and finalize all types of packaging: folding cartons, rigid boxes, sleeves, labels, stickers, pouches, etc.

Prepare accurate keylines, die cuts, and print-ready artwork with proper bleed, safety margins, trapping, and color specifications.

Create commercial print materials: brochures, flyers, catalogues, banners, display designs, business cards.

Develop digital media creatives such as web banners, social media posts, and marketing visuals.

Work closely with pre-press and production teams to ensure design intent matches printing output.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and maintain organized file structures.

Perform quality checks on final files including color correction and preflight checks.

Understand and apply branding across various SKUs and packaging families.

Adobe Illustrator

Expert in die-line creation

Spot color handling and Pantone management

Vector artwork refinement

Packaging 2D layouts and visualization for production

Adobe InDesign

Strong command of multi-page layouts, grids, and professional typography

Brochure/catalog design using CMYK and print-ready presets

Experience exporting to PDF/X standards for press

Adobe Photoshop

High-end product retouching and adaptation

Packaging mockups and visual presentations

Color correction and optimization for print

Print Production Knowledge

Offset, digital, and flexographic printing techniques

Experience with specialized finishes including foil stamping, embossing, UV, lamination, varnishes

Understanding GSM, substrate behaviors, scoring, creasing, and die-cut tolerances

Minimum 23 years of professional design experience in the printing and packaging field

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline

Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and commercial printing expertise

Strong attention to detail and commitment to design precision

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple jobs under deadlines

Problem-solving mindset with practical understanding of production constraints
