We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who loves building things, experimenting with new ideas, and taking ownership. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on growth.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website assets, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Design graphics, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials that align with the brand.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into impactful visual designs.
- Support product launches, campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives through creative assets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create visual content for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Work on UI mockups, landing page visuals, and website design enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or product-based company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, social media, and creative design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
- Experience creating designs for digital platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
