Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, collaborating with the creative and account teams to develop visual concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print media, creating logos and brand assets, and developing layouts for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. The role involves interpreting briefs, translating brand strategies into visual formats, and ensuring design consistency across all client touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, maintain organized design assets, and participate in brainstorming sessions to support integrated campaign ideas.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling and brand-aligned materials.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop distinctive brand identities and cohesive visual systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across digital and print media.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
