The Role
We are Popthelist, an established voice in the fashion and lifestyle sector, and we are expanding our operations with the launch of a new Design & Communication Agency in Bangalore. We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Associate (Graphic Designer) to join us on an intensive 3-month, full-time contract to execute and standardize our core creative materials.
This role requires a dedicated designer ready to deliver high-quality, professional assets immediately. You will be responsible for translating our brand vision into standardized, scalable design systems for both internal operations and client deliverables.
Core Responsibilities (Focus on Deliverables)
The primary mandate is the efficient production of polished, high-end assets across various media:
- Design System Standardization: Design and finalize comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity, and style sheets to ensure consistency across all agency communications.
- Client-Ready Pitch Materials: Execute the design and layout of several professional, modular, and editable pitch deck templates for business development and client meetings.
- Digital Asset Production: Create a robust and easy-to-use template library for all agency and Popthelist social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize content workflow.
- In-House Collateral: Design and produce necessary static assets, presentation backdrops, and internal document designs.
- Client Template Development: Prepare and package customizable, on-brand design templates (social posts, banners, basic presentations) for use in initial client projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or agency-side creative production.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (Canva/Figma and PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Aesthetic: A proven track record of designing sophisticated, high-end visuals, particularly within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to manage a high volume of deliverables, maintain strict deadlines, and work effectively as a self-directed professional.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore for full-time, in-office work.

- Performance Evaluation: This 3-month contract serves as a comprehensive evaluation period focused on your creative output and integration with the team.
- Long-Term Goal: The successful completion of this contract is intended to lead directly to an offer for a Permanent, Full-Time Role (e.g., Creative Lead) with a competitive, salaried package and benefits, contingent upon performance and the commencement of client acquisition.
