Pocket Films is India's leading short-film distribution platform and an emerging OTT destination for captivating micro-entertainment. We're on a mission to spotlight talented storytellers and delight audiences with high-quality, bite-sized cinema. As we scale our social media, ad campaigns, and OTT branding, we need a sharp-eyed creative designer to help shape our visual identity.

Role & Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design film posters, thumbnails, banners, and other promotional collateral for our OTT platform and social channels

Develop creative assets for paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Ability to understand campaign goals and deliver on-brand visuals

Iterate quickly based on feedback, ensuring assets are optimized for digital performance (A/B testing variants, correct aspect ratios, file formats)

Stay updated on design trends in film, OTT, and social media advertising

What We're Looking For

02 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with digital media or film promotions

Strong portfolio showcasing film-style posters, social media graphics, and ad creatives

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools

Mandatory experience with AI-powered design tools (Canva Pro, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to scale creative outputs

Basic understanding of social-media ad specs and best practices

Creative thinker who can translate briefs into striking visuals under tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback

Must be able to work from our Goregaon East office, MondayFriday
