Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging designs across digital, social media, branding, and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media creatives, LinkedIn posts, web banners, and financial infographics.
• Develop and maintain brand identity, including logos, visual guidelines, and consistent brand communication.
• Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other print materials.
• Convert complex financial data and concepts into easy-to-understand visual content.
• Apply strong principles of colour theory, typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and spacing.
• Handle image editing, vector graphics, file formats, resolutions, and print/digital exports.
• Develop creative concepts and visual stories aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for creative ideation, image concepts, content refinement, and improving design workflows.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of graphic design and branding principles.
• Experience in both digital and print design.
• Strong data visualization and infographic design skills.
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to handle feedback constructively.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
