Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Full-Time Graphic Designer with a proven track record in high-impact visual design, brand storytelling, and performance advertising.

In this role, you won't just be executing tasks—you will own the visual aesthetic, translate business briefs into compelling marketing assets, and ensure flawless execution across digital and print touchpoints. If you have exceptional visual taste, treat typography and composition as second nature, and can deliver production-ready assets without hand-holding, we'd love to have you on board.

What You'll Do

• Performance & Social Creatives: Design high-converting ad sets (Meta/Google Display), social carousels, banners, and digital marketing assets that stop the scroll.
• Brand & Identity: Develop and expand cohesive brand identities, visual guidelines, packaging, presentation decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Print & Production: Prepare print-ready, high-resolution artwork (bleed, trim, CMYK standards, vector packaging, large-format event branding).
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to ideate campaigns, concept iterations, and visual storytelling strategies.
• File & Asset Hygiene: Maintain structured design files, organized component libraries, and scalable design assets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
• Ability to contribute to Logo Design and Branding, supporting consistent visual identities across channels.
• Knowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print layouts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar software).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work, attention to detail, and understanding of visual communication principles.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
