About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Designer with strong experience in performance-first creative. Someone who understands how modern Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads are structured, and can bring concepts to life through both static and video formats.
The role requires craft, speed, and system-thinking. You'll turn hooks, angles, and briefs into high-performing visuals and experiment with formats that resonate with parents, homeschoolers, and educators.
You should be highly comfortable using AI tools (for ideation, cleanups, versioning, resizing, motion assistance, and faster turnaround).
What You'll Do
1. Design High-Performing Ads
Create mobile-first static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Turn hooks and angles into visually clean, scroll-stopping layouts.
2. Use AI to Speed Up Creative Workflows
Use AI tools for faster versioning, style variations, layout exploration, simple motion and text animations
Integrate AI into your creative process without losing visual quality.
3. Fast Iteration & Versioning
Produce multiple variations of each creative for testing.
Convert feedback into structured iterations with accuracy and speed.
Maintain consistency while experimenting with layout, colors, and framing.
4. Collaborate Across Teams
Pair closely with the copywriter to ensure coherence between visual and verbal hooks.
Work with the performance team to understand required formats and creative cycles.
Requirements
34 years of design experience. (Agency experience preferred)
Strong skills in both static and video design.
Proficiency in:
-Photoshop
-Illustrator
-Premier Pro / After Effects
-Figma
-High comfort using AI tools for creative acceleration.
-Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and readability.
-Experience designing UGC-style edits, reels, overlays, and text-led formats.
-Ability to work across multiple weekly test cycles with fast turnaround.
-Strong communication skills and design rationale.
Nice-to-Have
12 years in a performance marketing agency.
Experience with parenting, kids brands, ed-tech, or learning-related content.
Understanding of creative performance signals (CTR, thumb-stop, etc.) not mandatory.
