Graphic Designer

We're looking for a visual storyteller to shape how Peepal shows up across the world. As our Graphic Design Executive, you'll drive the look and feel of everything we put out—from scroll-stopping LinkedIn creatives to polished reports, event branding, and motion content.

Whether it's building a cohesive brand identity or turning insights into compelling visuals, this

What You'll Be Doing:

Brand Identity: Build and maintain Peepal's visual system—colors, icons, slides, templates, and more.

Social & Campaign Graphics: Design carousels, infographics, reels, and email visuals that stop scrolls and start conversations.

Reports & Sales Decks: Collaborate with content to create clean, striking layouts for reports, case studies, and decks.

Video & Motion Content: Edit event footage, animate short-form content (e.g., trends reels, event recaps).

Web & Ad Graphics: Create visuals for the website, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/Google ads.

Event Collateral: Design banners, invites, branding for webinars and industry roundtables.

Visual Quality & Consistency: Maintain asset libraries and ensure every design reflects Peepal's brand tone and quality.

What You Bring:

A strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking across formats (social, decks, print, motion).

Expertise in Canva (our core tool), with solid working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Exposure to web/visual tools like Figma, Wix, Webflow, WordPress for graphics and layout collaboration (no coding needed).

Basic knowledge of motion tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Descript is a plus.

Bonus: Experience with AI-powered design tools like Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Kittl, Designs.ai, Flair—we love experimentation and creativity powered by tech.

Great visual instinct—attention to color, layout, typography, and how to communicate ideas clearly through design.

You're comfortable collaborating with non-designers, open to feedback, and can deliver quickly when needed.
