Graphic Designer (Packaging & Printing)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designing Head based in Ludhiana. The Designing Head will lead the creative direction for product packaging, hampers, gift boxes, and printed materials, ensuring cohesive and premium design across all collections. Responsibilities include conceptualizing new designs for weddings, festivals, corporate gifting, and daily offerings; supervising the design team; and translating client briefs and market trends into innovative, production-ready concepts. The role involves collaborating closely with production, sales, and marketing to align designs with brand standards, budgets, and timelines, as well as overseeing quality checks for final outputs. The Designing Head will also manage design workflows, maintain design libraries, coordinate with vendors or printers, and contribute to photoshoots, catalog layouts, and digital brand assets as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in creative direction, visual design, and branding for premium gifting, packaging, or related industries.
• Proficiency in design tools (CorelDRAW) and familiarity with print and production processes.
• Experience leading and mentoring a design team, managing workloads, and setting clear creative standards.
• Ability to translate client requirements and market trends into innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail, color sense, typography, and layout skills, with a strong design portfolio.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Understanding of luxury or premium product positioning, especially in gifting, events, or F&B, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
