Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kottayam. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate ideas while aligning with brand guidelines. Responsibilities include designing digital and print materials, creating graphics for marketing campaigns, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to produce engaging content, and maintaining consistency in all visual outputs. The candidate will also contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas and solutions for various projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in graphic design and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with creating marketing materials and social media graphics
• Proven ability in typography, layout design, and brand identity creation
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in the digital or retail industry is a plus
