Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Work from Home (Start time: 7:30 AM IST)
Reports to: Pre-Production Manager
Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, laying out, and producing materials that effectively communicate client needs, both internally and externally. You will also provide creative design advice to help achieve the best results and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest design quality standards.
This is a work-from-home position with a start time of 7:30 AM IST.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative graphic designs across various media, using software programs to meet client and business goals.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, liaising with account managers to discuss job objectives and requirements.
- Work on a wide range of projects, ensuring designs meet organizational and client standards.
- Accurately interpret design briefs and amendments.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Ensure designs are produced in accordance with corporate objectives and production capabilities.
- Keep up with emerging technologies and apply them to improve design capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
- 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in commercial design.
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, particularly with mock-ups and multimedia presentations.
- Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, principles, and typography.
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism and feedback.
- Professional, courteous demeanor with excellent phone manners and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficient in both Mac and PC environments.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with industry bodies.
- Strong business writing skills.
