Role Description The Graphic Designer (Onsite) will create visual content for digital and print materials, including product brochures, marketing campaigns, presentations, social media graphics, and internal communication assets. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, this role will translate brand and product requirements into clear, visually appealing designs that support business objectives. The designer will develop and refine brand assets, maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels, and prepare production-ready files for printing and digital publication. Responsibilities also include collaborating on creative concepts, adapting designs for different formats and platforms, and managing multiple design tasks within deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual content for both digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development and maintenance of consistent brand identities and visual guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to choose and combine typefaces that enhance readability and brand expression.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work across marketing materials, campaigns, and brand assets.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to iterate on designs based on stakeholder input.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in manufacturing, energy, or technology sectors is an advantage.
