Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of

experience to join our team. You will play a key role in crafting compelling visual assets that align

with our brand's identity and engage our target audience across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and digital ads.
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas intocreative visual concepts.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all design touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.
