Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Executive to join the Nourish Mantra marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, branding, social media trends, and visual storytelling.

You will be responsible for creating engaging creatives for digital campaigns, social media, performance marketing ads, website banners, product launches, packaging support, and marketplace content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality creatives for:
  • Social media posts & reels covers
  • Performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, Amazon)
  • Website banners & landing pages
  • Product launch campaigns
  • Emailers & WhatsApp creatives
  • Marketplace creatives (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart)
  • Packaging mockups and brand collaterals
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance teams to execute creative campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and designs aligned with brand identity.
  • Stay updated with design trends, beauty/skincare industry aesthetics, social media trends, and emerging AI design tools.
  • Use AI tools for ideation, concept generation, mockups, creative enhancement, and productivity optimization wherever relevant.
  • Edit and resize creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Assist in photoshoot planning, mood boards, and campaign concepts.
  • Deliver creatives within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, and ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)
  • AI-powered creative tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools
  • Understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and ability to create faster, trend-driven creatives using AI tools will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Typography
  • Color theory
  • Layout design
  • Branding aesthetics
  • Social media design trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, wellness, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.
