Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Chennai. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, developing engaging brand assets, and overseeing the entire graphic design process. The role involves crafting logos, typography, and branding elements that align with the company's vision. Collaboration with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and support storytelling through visual mediums is a key part of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media creatives, ads, and brand visuals
• Design posters, banners, and marketing materials
• Work on brand identity and visual consistency
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team
• Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines

Skills Required

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma with strong skills in infographic design

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

Ability to create designs for social media, ads, branding, and marketing materials

Understanding of current design trends and platform-specific content (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and meet deadlines

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

We're looking for a designer with 3 years of experience.

Working Hours: Full-time – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (On-site), Saturday (WFH), Sunday off.

Monthly salary range: ₹35K to ₹40K
