Graphic Designer

About the Position

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the creative team, contributing to the development of high-quality visual content under the guidance of senior designers. This role involves assisting in defining requirements, visualizing ideas, and creating graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos for various media, including website banners, social media posts, online and offline ads, and in-store materials.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Degree from NID, B.Des, or M.Des in Graphic Design is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for brand and tactical campaigns, especially for digital and social media.
• Support the execution of creative briefs by producing design deliverables that align with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral and develop illustrative/photo-based assets according to the marketing/social media calendar within tight deadlines.
• Help conceptualize and execute design assets such as landing pages, banners, emailers, and print materials based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with senior team members and follow the established creative vision while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends in branding and fashion, incorporating innovative ideas into designs.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and other visual elements.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation skills is a plus.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, and composition, as well as innovative content ideas that meet creative briefs.
