*ABOUT THE ROLE*

We're on the lookout for a highly imaginative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer who is both passionate about design and skilled in next-gen AI tools. If visual storytelling, world-building, and creating scroll-stopping content excite you, this role is for you.

As part of our creative team, you will shape the visual identity of Mystery Rooms & Challenge Rooms, making our brand look as thrilling as the adventures we offer.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

*Creative Design & Brand Development*

* Design stunning visual content for social media, ads, websites, events, and print collateral.

* Develop visual concepts that elevate brand identity across Mystery Rooms & Challenge Rooms.

* Create illustrations, promotional graphics, posters, infographics, and campaign visuals.

*Collaboration & Production*

* Work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to bring campaign ideas to life.

* Prepare final design files for digital platforms, print production, and motion teams.

* Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

* Retouch images and enhance visuals to ensure premium brand standards.

*KEY REQUIREMENTS*

*Technical Skills*

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

* Knowledge of AI design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, etc.

* Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition.

* Ability to blend traditional design with AI-assisted workflows.

*Nice to Have*

* A passion for entertainment, gaming, puzzles, escape rooms, or immersive storytelling.

* Basic video or motion design experience is a plus.
