Job Description

Location: Remote, India

Employment type: Full-time contract

Experience: 2+ years

Compensation: Approximately 4–7 LPA, depending on experience and skill fit

Work setup: You'll need your own computer or workstation and a reliable internet connection.

About the role

We're building a team with a range of creative skills and points of view. We're open to designers from different disciplines, including:

- Graphic and visual designers

- Illustrators and image-makers

- Retouch artists and photo editors

- Artworkers and production artists, including DTP and pre-press specialists

- Print, packaging and layout designers

- Digital, web and social media designers

- Brand designers

- Motion and visual content designers

These are examples, not a checklist. If your design specialty isn't listed, we'd still like to hear from you. You'll work in the areas that best match your strengths; you don't need to do every kind of design.

What you might work on

Depending on your discipline and the project, you could create or refine illustrations, layouts, brand assets, digital graphics, print-ready artwork, packaging, image edits or other visual content. You may take work from a brief through revisions and final delivery, collaborating with teammates and paying attention to the details.

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in one or more visual design disciplines

- A portfolio that shows your work and your contribution to it

- Care with details, file preparation and final delivery

- Comfort receiving feedback and collaborating remotely

- Your own reliable computer or workstation and internet connection

We value the quality of your work and how you approach it. A particular job title or degree isn't required if your portfolio shows your skills.
