About Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for producing
high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. You will work closely
with the marketing, social media, and content teams to design static posts, carousels, blog banners,
campaign creatives, and perform basic video editing to support content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design static social media posts optimised for engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Create visually compelling carousel content that communicates ideas clearly and creatively.
  • Design banners and visuals for blog posts, campaigns, landing pages, and newsletters aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Perform basic video editing tasks, including trimming, cutting, adding text overlays, subtitles, and background music.
  • Assist in creating short-form video content such as reels, stories, and promotional clips using templates and preset formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into impactful creative output.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, including colour palettes, typography, and imagery.
  • Manage multiple deliverables efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, social media aesthetics, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Organise and maintain a structured design asset library for the team.

Requirements

  • 12 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva or equivalent design tools.
  • Basic working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
  • A portfolio showcasing static design work, including social media posts, carousels, banners, and brand collaterals.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Familiarity with creating simple animations or GIFs using tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
