Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for influencer campaigns, brand promotions, advertisements, and social media content.
- Create engaging reels, YouTube videos, shorts, ads, teasers, aftermovies, and promotional content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
- Ensure platform-specific optimization for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in pacing, storytelling, branding, and visual quality across all video content.
- Work on fast-turnaround edits for trend-based and real-time content requirements.
Graphic Designing
- Design creatives for:
- Social media posts
- Campaign creatives
- Pitch decks
- Brand presentations
- Event creatives
- Internal branding assets
- Thumbnails and banners
- Marketing collaterals
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines and campaign aesthetics.
- Develop engaging visual concepts and layouts for digital campaigns.
Motion Graphics & Creative Enhancement
- Create basic motion graphics, animated elements, and kinetic typography.
- Enhance videos using overlays, visual effects, transitions, and dynamic animations.
- Work on creative storytelling formats suitable for social media consumption.
Creative Ideation & Trend Research
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, memes, transitions, and content formats.
- Suggest innovative visual ideas and editing techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Understand influencer and brand content trends to create highly engaging creatives.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Influencer Marketing Team
- Planning & Strategy Team
- Brand Partnerships Team
- Content Creators & Influencers
- Understand campaign briefs and translate them into impactful visual content.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients efficiently.
File & Asset Management
- Maintain organized project files, raw footage, templates, and creative assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned editing and designing tasks.
- Manage revisions and maintain version control for all creatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film Editing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic designing.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva
- CapCut or similar editing tools
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and typography.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and storytelling.
