Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Animator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Animator with a strong grasp of modern design aesthetics and advanced animation skills. The ideal candidate has mid-level professional experience, exceptional expertise with industry-standard tools, and the ability to translate concepts into visually striking designs and engaging motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing digital and print assets, including brand materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, UI/UX elements, and presentation designs.
- Motion Graphics & Video Animation: Develop dynamic motion graphics, explainer videos, animated logos, and other visual effects for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social channels.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that meet strategic goals and brand guidelines.
- Storyboarding & Concept Development: Translate ideas and scripts into detailed storyboards and animation sequences.
- Quality & Consistency: Ensure all designs and animations maintain brand consistency, high quality, and attention to detail.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools to keep our visual content fresh and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 25 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics/animation.

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Motion graphics software such as Cinema 4D or Blender (preferred)
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch) is a plus
- Creative Excellence: Strong eye for design, color, typography, and composition with the ability to craft visually compelling narratives.
- Animation Expertise: Proven ability to produce 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and engaging video content.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain concepts to non-design stakeholders.
