Role & Responsibilities
- Create captivating designs for both digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Maintain consistency of visual identity across various channels and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Develop engaging visual assets for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of design deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects in both digital and print design.
- Must-Have: Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Must-Have: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
