About The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who operates at the intersection of creative execution and performance marketing. This role is focused on creating, testing, and iterating ad creatives that drive measurable results across paid channels.
You will design creatives using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, write and optimise ad copy with the help of AI tools, and collaborate closely with performance marketers to improve campaign outcomes. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that values speed, clarity, and data-backed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design performance ad creatives (static, carousel, basic motion) using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Write and iterate ad copy using AI tools and performance insights
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing across campaigns
- Translate briefs, audience insights, and performance data into high-converting creatives
- Work closely with performance marketers to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Refresh creatives regularly to avoid ad fatigue
- Manage timely delivery across multiple clients and campaigns
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance creatives, growth marketing, or paid media support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Comfortable using AI tools for copywriting, ideation, and iteration
- Good understanding of hooks, angles, and audience psychology
- Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback and data
- Experience working in an agency or handling multiple clients is a plus
What This Role Is Not
- Not a brand design or long-form creative role
- Not pure copywriting or pure graphic design
- Not social media content creation
This role is focused on paid ads and performance-driven creative output.
