We're looking for a graphic designer to join our team! No 10 years of work experience or fancy pedigree required; we just want an eye for detail, hunger for good craft and proficiency in AI tools.

If you're a team player with strong agency, (a self-starter as they say), we're looking for you! We need someone who can hit the ground running.

This is a fully on-site role at our office in Bangalore.

Mave (https://mavehealth.com) is a consumer health technology company committed to enhancing brain performance through science-backed solutions.

Our innovative wearable headset utilizes gentle, targeted stimulation (tDCS) to strengthen the brain's prefrontal cortex, supporting cognition and emotional regulation. Backed by over 25 years of research and hundreds of peer-reviewed clinical studies, our non-invasive technology helps users improve productivity, restorative sleep, and stress management in just 20 minutes a day.

As Mave moves towards helping millions of individuals unlock their true potential, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be a key part of delivering our innovation to our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Create marketing assets across multiple platforms: Instagram carousel posts, ad creatives, email graphics, and more
• Set visual direction for our brand as it evolves. We're in the mental wellbeing space intersecting with tech, and we need something that feels fresh, grounded, and human. We're also in the process of figuring this out. You'll be setting foundations here with us.
• Own projects end-to-end, with the freedom to make taste-driven decisions and defend them clearly
• Collaborate closely with the entire team across marketing, hardware and software to build material for our audience.

We're looking for:

• Natural aesthetic sensibility. You see design well.
• Communication skills. You can articulate why something works or doesn't, and defend your choices with clarity
• Proficiency with AI tools for design and content creation, whether it's image generation, design acceleration, or other creative applications
• High agency and ownership mindset. You're comfortable making decisions, taking direction lightly, and pushing back when you have a strong conviction
• Willingness to learn. We're a small, energetic team figuring it out together. We're not looking for perfection—we're looking for good intent, genuine curiosity, and the ability to grow

We don't care about:

• Years of experience or traditional credentials
• A massive portfolio (we want depth over volume)
• Formal design training

Where we're at

We're building something at the intersection of mental wellness and technology. Our aesthetic aims to strike a balance: technical, but not out of reach. Futuristic, yet grounded. Most of all, we want it to feel human. That balance is challenging, but that's where the fun is.

We're currently in the process of figuring out everything brand. You'll have the freedom to pull everything apart and build from the ground up as we build branding together.
