Designation : Graphic Designer
Role Definition : The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with the organization's brand identity. This role involves developing creative assets for outreach communications, marketing campaigns, and event branding while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Design creatives for Outreach Communications, including media ads, digital promotions, and print materials.
Ensure all designs are made in compliance with the organization's Brand Guidelines.
Execute creative tasks as per departmental requirements and briefs received
from the Senior Designer.
Work on assigned design tasks efficiently and deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
Task Deliverables :
Design Creatives: Design engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, brochures, and materials. Ensure designs align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
Brand Guideline Adherence: Maintain consistency in all design work by following the brand's colors, typography, and visual elements as per the organization's guidelines. Make necessary revisions as directed to align with branding standards.
Creative Execution for Departmental Needs: Work on creative requests from different departments under the guidance of the Senior Designer. Ensure clarity in understanding briefs and provide visually appealing solutions tailored to specific requirements.
Task Completion & Quality Control: Manage workload effectively by completing assigned designs within deadlines while maintaining high quality. Ensure all outputs meet professional design standards before submission for final approval.
Software Proficiencies:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work
