Experience
3–5 Years
What You'll Do
- Design social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Create packaging, product labels, brochures, catalogs, and in-store branding.
- Design website banners, emailers, and promotional creatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to execute campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Edit images, create mockups, and prepare print-ready artwork.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh creative ideas.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and print production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
