Role Overview
We are seeking acreative and detail-oriented Graphic Designerto join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that elevate Litomatic's brand identity across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to bring ideas to life and support campaigns that highlight our lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print: brochures, catalogs, banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, packaging layouts, and trade show materials.
- Conceptualize and produce product imagery that communicates Litomatic's design innovation and technical precision.
- Design content that aligns with brand strategy and supports product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Branding & Identity
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Assist in evolving the brand style guide to keep Litomatic's visual identity fresh, modern, and impactful.
Digital & Social
- Design graphics for website content, SEO campaigns, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the digital team to translate design goals into engaging and interactive digital content.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver solutions aligned with marketing goals and user experience.
- Incorporate feedback and refine designs while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2+ yearsof proven experience in graphic design, preferably in product or industrial brand contexts.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, and visual communication.
