Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with other team members to create visually compelling designs for print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Layout: Create engaging and effective designs for various platforms (web, social media, print, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts and ideas for campaigns, advertisements, websites, and more.
• Branding: Ensure the brand's visual identity is consistent across all designs and media.
• Content Creation: Design logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, websites, infographics, newsletters, and other digital or print materials.
• Photo Editing & Illustration: Edit and retouch images and create custom illustrations when necessary.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other design tools.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Present design ideas and revisions to clients or internal teams, and work closely with copywriters, photographers, and developers to complete projects.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of work.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Basic understanding of designing tools and have an eye for premium design and aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

• Animation and video editing experience is a plus.
• Experience in UX/UI design.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
