Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Graphic Designer role located in Bhiwandi. We are specifically looking for a highly creative and experienced Packaging Graphic Designer who specializes in sweet box design and premium Indian-style luxury packaging.
The ideal candidate should have strong real-world market experience designing kappa boxes, rigid boxes, sweet boxes, mithai packaging, festive gift boxes, and luxury product packaging with premium finishing techniques such as golden foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, metallic effects, and textured printing.
The candidate will be responsible for creating visually rich, artistic, and culturally inspired packaging concepts that reflect Indian heritage aesthetics while maintaining a modern premium feel. Designs should include creative ornamental patterns, traditional Indian elements, luxury motifs, elegant typography, festive artwork, and high-end packaging compositions suitable for premium retail brands.
This role requires someone who designs packaging regularly and understands practical market trends, print production, luxury finishing limitations, and consumer psychology in packaging design.
The designer will collaborate with production teams, printers, and management to ensure that every box is production-ready, visually premium, and creatively unique.
Key Responsibilities:
Design premium sweet boxes, kappa boxes, rigid boxes, and festive packaging
Create luxury packaging concepts using golden foil and premium print effects
Develop artistic Indian heritage-inspired packaging styles
Design creative ornamental patterns, festive elements, and premium layouts
Prepare print-ready files for production and finishing processes
Work on branding, typography, color combinations, and visual storytelling
Create new box concepts regularly with fresh creativity and innovation
Understand market trends in sweet packaging and luxury retail packaging
Coordinate with printing and production teams for accurate execution
Maintain high visual standards and premium aesthetics across all designs
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Packaging Graphic Design
Proven experience in sweet box design, kappa box design, and luxury packaging
Hands-on experience with golden foil stamping and premium print finishing
Excellent understanding of Indian luxury market aesthetics and festive packaging
Strong skills in branding, typography, composition, and ornamental design
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and related design software
Ability to create highly creative, production-ready packaging concepts
Deep understanding of print production, die lines, foil areas, embossing, and finishing techniques
Excellent creativity, artistic vision, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Experience in premium packaging industries is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
