You'll be diving into these tasks:
Brand & Visual Design
- Develop and maintain KoinBX visual brand identity and design system
- Create a consistent visual language across all platforms and marketing materials
- Design brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all teams
Marketing & Communications
- Design marketing campaigns, landing pages and promotional materials
- Create social media graphics and banners
- Develop infographics to explain complex crypto concepts simply
- Design presentations, pitch decks, and other visuals as required
Content Creation
- Produce visual content for blog posts and educational materials
- Create animated graphics
- Design email templates and newsletter layouts
- Develop visual assets for community engagement and events

Must Haves: Experience Skills
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,After Effects)
- Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design tools
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Experience designing for financial services or security-focused products
- Video editing and production skills
- Previous work in fast-paced startup environments
Crypto/Fintech Experience (Nice to Have)
- Interest in or experience with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Understanding of fintech design best practices
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts visually
- Awareness of crypto design trends and aesthetics
