Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and elevate the venture's design system: Implement, maintain, and evolve the design system across digital touchpoints for consistency and quality.
• Design for multiple channels: Create website designs, social media graphics, brand collateral, and video content to support marketing and product initiatives.
• Create visually engaging content: Produce compelling static visuals that strengthen the brand presence across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams: Align design efforts with business goals and user experience principles.
• Manage brand documentation: Create and maintain brand guidelines, design assets, and visual documentation.
• Optimize design processes: Improve workflows and ensure design best practices for high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a design role at a consumer-focused brand
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Experience managing design systems across digital platforms
• A portfolio with strong visual design across static and video content
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
