Kalliste is a brand and marketing strategy consultancy focused on beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. We work with early-stage founders to build brands from the ground up, from positioning and go-to-market strategy to creative execution.

We're not a big agency. We're a boutique team where everyone's voice matters, every idea gets questioned, and we work collaboratively with founders (not over them).

Our clients include brands like Ras, Moody, Luar, Mokae, Xtovia, Sohrai, Necessary, Sommer, and Scribbl. We help them build identities, launch products, create campaigns, and scale their brands.

THE ROLE

Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai, Andheri W (In-Office) | Full-Time

What You'll Do:

You'll be the visual storyteller for multiple D2C beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. You won't be designing templates or following a rulebook, you'll be creating distinctive, on-brand visual work that helps founders build the brands they're proud of.

Day-to-Day:

• Design brand identity systems (logos, typography, colour systems, brand guidelines)
• Create social media content (Reels graphics, carousel designs, story templates, banners)
• Develop campaign visuals and promotional graphics
• Design packaging mockups and product visualizations
• Create website graphics and UI elements
• Collaborate with our social media, content, and strategy teams
• Take feedback, iterate quickly, and ship work that works

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience (agency, in-house, freelance all count)
• Portfolio demonstrating work across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or fashion brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Understanding of design for social media and digital platforms

Skills Required:

• Strong visual sense (composition, typography, color theory)
• Can work with brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Understands how design serves business goals (not just aesthetics)
• Quick turnaround on deliverables
• Comfortable with feedback and iteration

Must-Have Mindset:

• Enthusiastic about design and visual storytelling
• Curious and always learning (new tools, new trends, new techniques)
• Open to experimenting with AI tools
• Collaborative: works well with teams and takes feedback well
• Flexible: comfortable with multiple design styles and brand aesthetics

Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Experience with motion graphics or animated content
