Graphic Designer

JUSTDOGS is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual communication across our packaging, social media, website, retail and marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, colour, composition and branding, with the ability to adapt designs across both digital and print formats.

Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Design

• Design and develop packaging for JUSTDOGS products and private-label brands.
• Create packaging layouts, labels, stickers, inserts and other product communication.
• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork while maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt designs across different SKUs, pack sizes and product categories.
• Coordinate with marketing, product teams, vendors and printers for artwork requirements and revisions.
• Ensure packaging artwork follows approved content, dimensions and mandatory information provided by the relevant teams.

Social Media

• Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Design posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, campaign creatives and promotional communication.
• Develop visual concepts around pets, products, festivals, launches, offers and brand campaigns.
• Adapt designs quickly for topical and campaign-based content.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across JUSTDOGS social channels.

Website & Digital

• Design website banners, category banners, product graphics, promotional tiles and landing-page creatives.
• Create digital assets for online campaigns, emailers and other performance-marketing requirements.
• Resize and adapt creatives across desktop and mobile formats.
• Work with the marketing and e-commerce teams to improve the overall visual presentation of the JUSTDOGS website.

Brand & Marketing

• Follow and strengthen the JUSTDOGS brand identity across all communication.
• Develop campaign concepts and translate marketing briefs into strong visual ideas.
• Create artwork for store communication, posters, standees, flyers, brochures and other marketing requirements.
• Maintain organised working files and design assets for future use.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Understanding of packaging artwork and print-production requirements.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback and translate it into design improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are an advantage.
• Experience working with consumer, retail, FMCG, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred.
• Experience in packaging design will be a strong advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.

Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating work across areas such as packaging, branding, social media and digital design.
