Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Create visual designs, layouts, illustrations, and graphics for digital and print media.
• Develop creative concepts based on project briefs and business requirements.
• Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Prepare visual assets for websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure designs are visually consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Branding & Visual Identity

• Design logos, brand assets, icons, and other visual identity elements.
• Maintain consistency in colors, typography, layouts, and imagery.
• Develop brand templates and design guidelines for internal and external communications.
• Adapt creative materials to suit different audiences and marketing channels.
• Support brand development and visual communication initiatives.

3. Digital & Social Media Design

• Create graphics for social media platforms, digital advertisements, and online campaigns.
• Design website banners, email graphics, digital brochures, and promotional creatives.
• Prepare visual content for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Optimize graphics for different screen sizes, formats, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support digital campaigns.

4. Print Production & Artwork Preparation

• Prepare print-ready artwork for brochures, packaging, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, color modes, bleed, and file formats.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams.
• Review proofs and correct design or production errors before final printing.
• Maintain organized design files and production-ready assets.

5. Collaboration & Project Coordination

• Work with marketing teams, content writers, web developers, and other stakeholders.
• Understand design briefs, campaign objectives, and project requirements.
• Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs based on stakeholder input.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams.
