IshqME is a D2C Indian women's fashion brand based in Chennai. We design handcrafted apparel, 925 sterling silver jewellery, and crochet bags for women who would rather own a few meaningful pieces than a closet full of forgettable ones. Our tagline is Love Who You Are, and we mean it.

We're a small, fast-moving team where the work you do actually ships. No layers of approval. No designing things that sit in a folder. If you make it, people see it.

The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our marketing team. You'll be the person behind how IshqME looks across every touchpoint: emails, social media, ads, packaging, the website, campaign creatives, and everything in between.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with the founder and the marketing lead, not through a brief that passes through five people. You'll see your work go live the same week you make it.

What you'll actually do

Design email campaigns, WhatsApp templates, and landing pages that feel like IshqME, not like a Shopify default.

Create social media graphics, ad creatives, and story templates for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Design promotional materials for seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Navratri, new collection launches) across digital and print.

Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity. We have a brand deck and established design language. Your job is to protect it and push it forward.

Work on product photography edits, retouching, and creating lifestyle mockups for the website and marketing materials.

Design packaging, labels, tags, and inserts that feel thoughtful and on-brand.

Build visual assets for the website: banners, collection pages, landing pages, pop-ups.

Collaborate on campaign concepts from the idea stage, not just the execution stage. We want a designer who thinks, not just one who takes orders.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience in graphic design. D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience is a strong plus.

Strong portfolio showing brand-consistent work across digital and print. We'll look at this more than your resume.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Canva for quick turnarounds is fine too.

An eye for editorial design, typography, and colour. IshqME's visual language is warm, editorial, and intentional. If your portfolio is full of neon SaaS landing pages, this probably isn't the right fit.

Photo editing and retouching skills. You don't need to be a photographer, but you need to know your way around product photo editing.

Ability to work fast without dropping quality. We're a small team. Things move quickly. You'll often go from brief to final in the same day.

Good communication and an openness to feedback. You'll be working directly with the founders. The feedback loop is short and direct.

Nice to have

Experience with email template design (HTML email layouts, mobile-responsive design).

Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (for social media reels/stories).

Understanding of how design drives conversion in e-commerce (CTAs, above-the-fold hierarchy, mobile-first thinking).
