Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. The role involves creating visually engaging designs that support brand identity, marketing goals, and digital experiences. The ideal candidate should balance creativity with usability, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality designs within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Apply basic UI/UX principles to ensure user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive designs.
• Create layouts, banners, brochures, and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and visual elements across all platforms.
• Edit and optimize creatives for digital and print use.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and user-centered design concepts.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Experience working with digital marketing or branding teams.
