Position : Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at SKILLx, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity through creative and engaging design solutions. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering high-quality graphics across digital and print platforms to support SkillX's marketing, branding, and communication objectives. Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Content, and Video teams, you will ensure all visual materials are consistent, impactful, and aligned with the SkillX brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media posts, brochures,

posters, and marketing campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts that align with SkillX's branding, course themes, and

campaign goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals for digital advertisements

across Meta, Google, and other online platforms.

• Support the content and video teams by designing thumbnails, illustrations, and

graphic elements for reels and other digital media.

• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all SkillX

touchpoints including print, digital, and web platforms.

• Prepare and deliver visual assets for website banners, emailers, and promotional

materials in required formats.

• Stay updated on current design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative

tools to enhance design innovation.

• Maintain an organized archive of all design files with standardized naming and

version control practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (Freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Canva or equivalent design tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience in education, digital marketing, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
