Job Description

Vynexa is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can develop engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media, marketing campaigns and brand communication. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of creativity, excellent visual thinking and an understanding of current design and social media trends.

Internship compensation

This is a non-paid internship. It is intended to provide practical, hands-on experience, exposure to real-world projects and the opportunity to work closely with the team. No stipend or monetary compensation is provided during the internship period.

Experience: 0–2 years, or freshers with a strong portfolio

Key responsibilities

Create creative and engaging social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, advertisements and marketing materials
Develop fresh creative concepts based on campaign and content requirements
Bring a high level of creativity and originality to every design
Think creatively and develop visual concepts that communicate ideas effectively
Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends
Create designs that are visually attractive and suitable for different digital platforms
Maintain consistency with Vynexa's brand identity, including typography, colours, layouts and visual style
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements
Take feedback positively and make improvements based on team requirements
Manage multiple creative tasks while meeting deadlines

Required skills

A high level of creativity is a priority

Good understanding of design principles, composition, typography and colour
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools
Understanding of social media trends and digital content
Ability to turn ideas into visually engaging creatives
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Willingness to learn and experiment with new creative styles

Tools — knowledge of one or more of: Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other graphic design tools

Nice to have

Experience designing creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or other social platforms
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
Experience working on branding or marketing campaigns
A strong creative portfolio

Portfolio requirement

Share examples of your previous design work through a portfolio, Behance, Instagram, Google Drive or another relevant platform.

Ideal candidate

Someone highly creative, trend-aware, experimental and passionate about design. The ability to think differently and come up with fresh ideas matters more than knowing a particular piece of software.
