Job Title: Graphic Design Intern (Onsite)

Position Overview:The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content for various digital and print platforms. This is a 3-month internship with the potential for a performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). The role requires a high level of creativity, independence, and a strong understanding of design tools. The ideal candidate is not only a creative thinker but also hands-on with AI tools and design software, bringing their own ideas to life with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Independently develop creative graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance graphic design processes and produce innovative content.
- Effective Tool Usage: Demonstrate proficiency in using design software to create high-quality visual content efficiently.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Idea Generation: Bring original ideas to the table and execute them with creativity and precision, contributing to the overall design strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and otherdesigners to brainstorm ideas and develop design concepts.
- Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients, ensuring final deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Research & Trends: Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to apply innovative ideas to projects.
- File Management: Organize and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos, and artwork, ensuring proper file naming and version control.
Must-Have Skills
- English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Creativity: An extremely creative individual with the ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life.
- End-to-End Graphic Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of the entire graphic design process, from conceptualization to final output, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Photoshop: Advanced skills in image editing, manipulation, and retouching.
- Adobe Illustrator: Proficiency in creating vector graphics, illustrations, and layout design.
- AI Image or Graphic Editing: Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and techniques for enhancing and generating graphic content.
- Video Editing (Good to Have): Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software
(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
- Independence: Capable of working independently, managing projects with minimal supervision, and proactively contributing ideas.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished designs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to different design styles, and take on new challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design.
