About the Role

Narayana Business School is looking for 2 creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Design Interns to join our Marketing & Branding Team.

This internship is ideal for freshers or early-career designers who want hands-on exposure to real-world branding, admissions campaigns, and high-impact creative projects while building a strong professional portfolio at one of India's fastest-growing business schools.

Basic video editing skills will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Design visuals for admissions campaigns, events, and campus activities

Develop Instagram stories, highlight covers, engagement creatives, and vertical formats

Assist in designing website banners, brochures, posters, ads, and digital marketing assets

Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute design ideas

Work on real-time campaigns and fast-turnaround creative requirements

Skills Required

Adobe Photoshop (must)

Adobe Illustrator (must)

Working knowledge of Figma

CorelDraw

Strong understanding of color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Basic understanding of branding and visual communication

Bonus Skills

Basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
