Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern / Junior who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced digital environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level designers passionate about visual storytelling and modern design tools like Figma.

You will work closely with senior designers, marketing, and product teams to support the creation of engaging digital and print assets while developing strong foundational design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Tools

Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes using Figma.

Support senior designers in executing design tasks for digital platforms.

Learn and apply feedback to continuously improve design quality.

Visual Design & Branding

Help design creatives for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal materials.

Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand requirements.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Quality & Learning

Perform basic quality checks to ensure designs meet visual and brand standards.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Recent graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

Internship experience or academic projects in graphic design are a plus.

Design Skills

Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.

Hands-on exposure to Figma (academic or self-learned acceptable).

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign is a plus).

Creative & Personal Skills

Strong willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
